All About Me

I am a native German speaker, born and raised in Germany. My first experience as a German language tutor was in 1982, while spending a year as an exchange student in North Carolina.

I have since tutored children and adults off and on throughout my life, including teaching German language classes while living in Africa for several years.

Before moving to the USA, I obtained a Master's Degree (M.A) from Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel, majoring in Anglistics (English Language, Literature, and Cultural Studies)

and minoring in General and Comparative Linguistics.

Besides having my own business, I have been teaching German classes and workshops at Twindly Bridge Charter School in Wasilla. I enjoy sharing my native language and culture!
